Our policy on returns, refunds, and damaged products.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your items arrive defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of DATE Superior Cola. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to find a resolution.
Refunds are available for damaged or incorrect products. To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it after 15 business days, please contact us again at support@dateseedsoda.com and we will investigate further.
If you have an active subscription, you can cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment. Refunds for subscription orders that have already shipped follow the standard refund policy above.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will issue a refund and you are welcome to place a new order.
